紛らわしいEBMの公式をまとめておきます。

• 感度(sensitivity) = 真陽性率 = a/a+c
• 特異度(specificity) = 真陰性率 = d/b+d
• 有病率(prevalence) = a+c/a+b+c+d
• 正確度(accuracy) =  a+d/a+b+c+d
• 偽陽性率(false positive) = type I error = b/b+d
• 偽陰性率(false negative) = type II error = c/a+c
• 陽性的中率(positive predictive value) = a/a+b
• 陰性的中率(negative predictive value) = d/c+d
• 陽性尤度比(positive likelihood rate) = 感度/(1-特異度)
• 陰性尤度比(negative likelihood rate) = (1-感度)/特異度
