【番外】慢性下痢の鑑別疾患

先日診察した患者さんで慢性下痢症の方がいた。頭を過ぎったのが右記の本の冒頭の症例。15年間、30人以上の医者に見逃され、最終的にセリアックスプルーが判明した患者さんである。日本では稀なので、それはないにしても薬剤性のものを考慮し、１種類薬をやめて経過みることにした。昼休みに医局に戻って読んだ雑誌の記事にタイミングよく、慢性下痢の鑑別診断のニーモニックがあったので、それを紹介。

夜中もあり、止まらない下痢は、24-7-365 at CT (ConnecticuT)
